The original soundtrack for Nightmare Reaper is a video game soundtrack and downloadable content composed by Andrew Hulshult. It was released on Steam on March 28, 2022, the same day the 1.0 version of the game itself was released. It is composed of 14 tracks, is around 40 minutes long, takes around 100 MB of storage (with an additional 610 MB for higher quality audio) and costs $9.99.

Music video
A music video for the track Lucid Mayhem was premiered during the Feardemic's Fear Fest 2023 on 2023-09-07. The video, directed by Richard James Cook, depicts a trio of Andrew Hulshult (guitar), Ragus Live (bass guitar) and Ryan A. (drums) playing the song in front of a screen showing imagery from the game's cinematic trailer. As the video continues, the performers are getting covered in blood (reportedly supplied by Markiplier). The video was shot at The Factory in Deep Ellum.
