Weapon rarity

Any weapon you pick up can be of one of four levels of weapon rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare and Legendary. The rarity class defines how many weapon stats modify this weapon's behavior:
- Common weapons are not modified from their prototype in any way.
- Uncommon weapons have one positive stat with a modest numeric value.
- Rare weapons can have either:
- two positive stats with greater numeric values, OR
- one super stat and one negative stat.
- Legendary weapons can have either:
- three positive stats with impressive numeric values, OR
- one super stat, one bad negative and two positive stats.
An existing weapon stat can be changed by Dr. Friend. Note that the stat class will stay the same; a negative stat cannot be changed into a positive stat.
Alternatively, a weapon of lackluster rarity can be used as a blueprint for Dr. Friend to create a Rare or Legendary version of the same weapon.
